About Turning Leaf

At Turning Leaf, they provide holistic residential treatment programs designed to support the varying needs of adults with mental health conditions, developmental challenges, and severe & persistent mental illness (SPMI), intellectual/ developmental disability (I/DD), autism spectrum disorders (ASD), co-occurring substance use disorders, personality disorders, history of traumatic brain injury (TBI), behavioral complexity, and medical complexity. Their highly trained staff members are on-call 24/7 and are experienced in providing assistance with daily living activities such as food preparation, laundry services, managing money and socialization. Furthermore, Turning Leaf offers specialized life skills training to promote community inclusion, respect for others’ rights, privacy, dignity, and participation in recreational activities and outings. In addition, clients at their CARF-accredited facilities can receive medication-assisted treatment (MAT), individual therapy, and group therapy.
