Sheepgate is a donor-run rehab program and division of Adult + Teen Challenge of the Midlands, which provides faith-based, gender-specific treatment for women ages 19+. Their 12-month program utilizes biblical principles to combat addiction, mental health conditions, compulsive behavior, and more. Located on a 10-acre property in Beatrice, Nebraska, the house offers residents a safe haven to work on their recovery, take care of the on-site animals, do work detail, participate in Christian society, and receive 1-on-1 counseling. Through their discipleship program, women learn how to apply God’s work in their lives.
Sheepgate has a strong partner program which provides women with the chance to gain valuable skills and experience, and they also help those who would like to obtain their GED. In addition, the program promotes and encourages family involvement. Every year, they host a Family Day event so that everyone can come together and find healing and restoration.
With a 70% success rate, the compassionate staff at Sheepgate desires the best for every resident in the program. Upon admission, a small intake fee of $750 is required. Commitment and dedication to the program are essential to its success.
