U Center

U Center offers a residential program that specializes in treating mental health disorders, such as depression, burnout, trauma, anxiety, personality disorders, eating disorders, sex addiction, and gambling. They believe in treating the whole person–mind, body, and spirit–using a bio-psycho-social model of treatment. To achieve this, they offer a variety of therapies, from Schema-focused therapy and metallization-based treatment (MBT) to eye movement therapy (EMDR), light therapy, yoga, music therapy, art and expression, and social skills training.

U Center also takes into account the natural surroundings and environment, with the peaceful setting of South Limburg overlooking the gorgeous hillside. Clients enjoy private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus common areas, an art room, a piano, a library, an indoor pool, and a Turkish steam bath. The outdoor courtyard offers breathtaking views of nature to further enhance the recovery process.
