At The Plymouth House, clients receive comprehensive, evidence-based and 12-Step focused treatment to help them on their journey to recovery. On-site psychiatrists, primary therapists, and physicians can treat addiction and mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. In addition, the facility has many unique amenities to promote healing of the mind, body, and spirit. Partnered with local detox centers, The Plymouth House offers services for transitioning from detox to residential treatment where phases 1-3 of the 12 Steps are worked through. Frequent family therapy sessions connecting clients with their families provide support and relapse prevention skills. This is in addition to family workshops on site throughout the year. The tranquil property in the White Mountains’ foothills gives clients 60 acres of natural beauty to unwind, with yoga, meditation, and fitness studios, team games, and meals from an on-site chef. Life skills groups help with career and academic goals, and transport assistance is available for those from out of state. Most major insurance policies are accepted, making help more accessible.
