Boasting only nine beds, the facility is reminiscent of a quaint New England Inn, with semi-private rooms featuring queen size beds and a cozy kitchen. Each room is furnished with modern amenities, natural lighting, and plenty of space to engage in life coaching, yoga, Reiki, and massage therapy.
The center also includes a fully equipped athletic training facility, boasting the latest in modern exercise and fitness equipment, including a challenging mud run obstacle course. Clients are personally trained by certified professionals to create unique and tailored fitness routines for their recovery.
Recovery Mountain is located near a number of attractive New Hampshire lakes and mountains, providing opportunity for outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, swimming, snow skiing, fishing, and paddle boarding.
Recovery Mountain offers an integrated approach to healing, with treatments such as 12-Step facilitation, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family counseling, art therapy, music therapy, stress management, and relapse prevention counseling. Clients can reach for wellness and relaxation through swimming, hiking in the nearby mountains, or leisurely meandering through the tranquil grounds.
