Seacrest Recovery Center New Jersey offers comprehensive, evidence-based outpatient treatment for addiction and mental health conditions, held in a supportive, serene environment. Through their 3-Phase program, clients go from Stabilization (Phase 1) to Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and then Outpatient (OP) care. Each Phase requires weekly 1:1 therapy and random drug and breathalyzer tests. Treatment is facilitated by a team of therapists, nurses, and a medical director who specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused and strengths-based therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. Clients learn valuable skills such as relapse prevention and communication strategies, and can transition into sober living through their partnership with Coastal Sober Living. Seacrest Recovery Center New Jersey offers continuing aftercare and support for clients reintegrating into everyday life.
