About BALANCE Eating Disorder Treatment Center

At Balanced Eating Disorder Treatment Center, our expert team provides specialized, individualized care for a range of eating disorder issues. Our levels of treatment include day programs, weeknight programs, step-down groups, and individual nutrition services. Our programs are available to all genders ages 16 and up in a warm and welcoming environment.

Our full-time day program runs Monday through Friday and our weeknight program is highly customizable, with three sessions a week. We also offer weekend support for adults and adolescents, as well as virtual treatment with small group sizes and daily catered meals.

Our evidence-based treatments consist of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). In our small groups, each client receives individualised attention and support.

Located in the centre of New York City, Balanced Eating Disorder Treatment Center is a highly sought-after centre for our expert care and flexible programs.
