About Insight Recovery

Located in the therapeutic mountains of Asheville, North Carolina, Insight Recovery provides personalized, mindfulness-based programs for individuals struggling with alcohol, opiates, and co-occurring disorders. Led by a compassionate team of experienced clinicians, Insight Recovery offers evidence-based therapies, such as traditional talk therapy, outdoor therapy, yoga and meditation, and even acupuncture. This intimate, boutique-sized facility offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere for up to 16 residents at once. Their structured Day Treatment (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provide a step down in care for individuals. As Insight Recovery is Joint Commission accredited and accepts most private insurances, as well as private pay, they are the perfect option for those looking for a quality recovery experience in a tranquil and peaceful setting.
