At The Willows at Red Oak Recovery, woman ages 18-35 looking to heal from a variety of ailments will receive individualized, person-centered care. Each client will receive at minimum 25 hours of clinical care which includes 2-3 individual counseling sessions per week from a Master’s level, dually licensed clinician. Beyond counseling, The Willows also provides extensive family services rooted in emotionally focused therapy and attachment theory, in addition to aftercare support programs and an alumni network. They additionally offer experiential therapy activities, such as art therapy, rock climbing, horseback riding, canoeing, and ecotherapy. Holistic services like nutritional counseling, yoga, and acupuncture are also included. Located in the rolling green hills of North Carolina, The Willows at Red Oak is Joint Commission accredited and accepts both public and private insurance. The staff here is dedicated to empowering woman to find a deeper sense of self—a safe haven where healing is possible.
