About Skyterra Young Adult

At Skyterra’s Wellness Retreat for Young Adults, guests ages 18-29 can enjoy fellowship in a small group of 20. With a team of licensed clinicians, registered dieticians, certified fitness instructors, and executive chefs, the retreat offers individual coaching, group therapy, and family therapy sessions. Guests learn how to develop a healthy mind and body as well as lifestyle skills like budgeting, self-image, and setting boundaries.

A Day In The Life starts with a customized personal morning routine, setting intentions, and mindfulness. Then participates can join in activities like outdoor adventure yoga, pickleball, swimming, massage therapy, and nutrition therapy. After lunch, there are culinary classes and outdoor excursions like paddleboarding, foraging, and goat yoga. In the evening young adults can cook dinner together, do hobbies like painting or journaling, and end the night with campfires.
