Pocono Mountain

At Pocono Mountain Recovery Center, located in northeastern Pennsylvania, adults struggling with addictions and co-occurring mental health disorders can find help. The center is based on the 12-Steps and principles of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous and provides a nurturing, structured environment rooted in spiritual growth. Pocono Mountain Recovery Center offers a range of services including detox, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), sober living, and continuing care. These programs use cognitive behavioral (CBT), dialectical cognitive behavior (DBT), experiential therapy, and mindfulness-based (MBCT) therapeutic techniques. The facility accepts most major forms of insurance and covers a wide range of substance abuse such as alcohol, amphetamine, benzo, cocaine, fentanyl, GHB, heroin, marijuana, meth, opioid, painkiller, PCP, and prescription drugs. The 10 acres of land are equipped with BBQ pits, picnic tables, sand volleyball courts, walking trails, and an indoor gymnasium, as well as a 9,000 square foot building for meetings and special events. The chef-prepared and nutritious meals complete the Pocono Mountain experience.
