At Rogers Behavioral Health in Philadelphia, we offer specialized treatment for a range of mental health disorders, including obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and depression. Our multidisciplinary teams are led by board-certified psychiatrists and use evidence-based and experiential therapies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), individual and family therapy, and medication management.
In addition to offering treatment for OCD and anxiety, we also have a specialized track addressing depression and other mood disorders in adolescents and adults. Our approach centers around cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), teaching patients to use behavioral activation (BA) to manage their symptoms and gain insight into their patterns and behaviors. Other therapy methods we use include cognitive restructuring, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and motivational enhancement therapy (MET), which help patients to challenge and decrease negative thought cycles.
To promote a sense of overall healing and well-being, we also offer experiential therapies such as art, horticultural, music, recreation and movement, yoga, and pet therapy. Through these holistic treatments, we strive to empower patients and their families to create positive change and achieve lasting recovery.
