Cornerstone of Recovery is a leading provider of personalized addiction and mental health care. Founded in 1989, their comprehensive inpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), and medical detoxification services are based on the Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual model of treatment and the 12-Step approach to recovery. Located on 25 acres in Louisville, Tennessee, the property includes four buildings, one of which is a residential building providing hotel-like accommodations with gourmet, fresh-prepared meals. Clients can take advantage of various therapeutic treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance & integration training, schema therapy, family therapy, activity therapy, and fitness. Specialized programs are also available for professionals, aviation employees, young adults, and women. The 15,000-square-foot facility also features an on-site ropes course and a fitness center with indoor tennis, basketball, and volleyball as well as state-of-the-art equipment.
