Integrative Life Treatment is a gender-specific residential campus located in the outskirts of Nashville, Tennessee. The program provides evidence-based and holistic treatment for individuals struggling with trauma, mental health disorders, addictive disorders, eating disorders, attachment wounding, intimacy disorders, and substance use disorders. Clients can expect to have individual treatment plans which are administered by Masters-level therapists with a minimum of 35 hours of programming. Treatment options include therapies such as yoga, spirituality groups, breathwork, brainspotting, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-informed bodywork and massage, acupuncture, sweat lodge, music therapy, and art therapy, as well as equine therapy, mindfulness, psychodrama, low ropes courses, journaling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), comprehensive resource model, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). A typical stay at Integrative Life Treatment is 6 weeks and costs around $10,500; however, the program will seek a Verification of Benefits from the client’s insurance company to determine if the insurance company will contribute to the cost. The residential campus is composed of two separate 6-bed homes on 25 acres of woodland land and includes transportation for clients attending support meetings, medical appointments, and offsite activities. The facility also offers a farm-to-table meal program ensuring proper nutrition during recovery.
