Sage Recovery and Wellness

Sage Recovery and Wellness is a mental health treatment center in Austin, Texas that specializes in holistic-based care for adults and adolescents. Their wide range of outpatient services provide clients with individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their needs. These services include partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient services (IOP), virtual counseling services, and a wellness program with therapy groups that meet weekly. The intensive outpatient program provides 3 hours of clinical treatment, while the PHP program provides 5.5 hours of programming, 5 days a week. Each program incorporates different therapy modalities such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), family support, life skills, and process groups. Clients have the flexibility to choose from a variety of therapy groups such as art therapy, grief and loss, parenting skills, psychodrama, horticulture therapy, self esteem and self worth, music therapy, and coping skills.
