About The Meadows Outpatient Center – Austin

The Meadows Outpatient Center offers a comprehensive 8-week Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that incorporates evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), group therapy, neurofeedback, somatic experiencing, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), 12-Step principles, wellness components, and Post-Induction Therapy (PIT) to treat addiction, trauma, mental health, and co-occurring disorders. Available both day and evening, this 15 to 20 hours of services per week allows patients to gain the courage to face difficult issues, confront grief, heal from emotional trauma, and become accountable for their own feelings and recovery. The Meadows is Joint Commission accredited and accepts most major insurance, and additionally offers virtual IOP for convenient, flexible treatment at home.
