The organization’s mission is to offer safe, comfortable, and structured homes where anyone – regardless of gender or LGBTQ status – can find success in a lifestyle of sobriety. The 3-phased approach to recovery includes weekly house meetings, individual chores, work assistance, volunteering, attending school, a Support Employment Volunteering Program (SEV), and working with a sponsor. In addition, Eudaimonia also offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and virtual IOP with flexible remote video sessions facilitated by licensed professional counselors. The sober homes are fully-furnished and located in desirable areas, including 3 in Austin and 1 in Houston.
