Luna Recovery

Luna Recovery is a family-owned and operated treatment center offering comprehensive residential care and outpatient programs, including Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), recovery coaching, and family therapy. Located in the Houston Heights area, their boutique-style residential treatment program provides an intimate atmosphere for clients to recover with personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs. Luna also offers specialized PHP and IOP programs for adolescents.

Luna’s holistic approach to recovery delivers a comprehensive treatment for the mind, body, and spirit. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) are taken in tandem with massage, body treatments, and planned outings, as well as detox services and Neurofeedback. Additionally, weekly family therapy sessions are offered to help families heal together.

Clients meet with their individual therapist, clinicians, psychiatrist, and physician a minimum of twice a week for intensive healing opportunities. To maintain a lifetime of recovery, clients can continue to meet with a weekly alumni group even after they complete their residential program. Luna Recovery understands the importance of family involvement and offers a family support group for family members to attend.

At Luna Recovery, clients can heal in a warm and welcoming environment. Their boutique apartment setting provides a home away from home for clients to sink into their recovery. Personalized nutrition plans and gourmet chefs are also available to support Luna’s holistic approach.
