The Heights Treatment Houston

The Heights Houston is a modern, comfortable, and upscale treatment facility offering highly individualized outpatient programs for substance and behavioral addictions, as well as other mental health disorders and co-occurring disorders. Their evidence-based practices and integrative therapies are combined to create personalized care for each client. Treatment is also available for love and sex addiction, technology addiction, and gambling addiction. Clients engage in 1-on-1 counseling, neurofeedback, eye movement therapy (EMDR) and mindfulness therapy, as well as having a family therapist to restore and strengthen relationships that have been damaged. The Heights’ 90-day intensive outpatient program (IIP) includes a recovery mentor from Transcend Mentoring, and transportation from their sober living home to treatment. For less intensive care, The Heights also has a Day Treatment (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and an outpatient program available at two locations in Los Angeles, California and Houston, Texas, with nearby sober living homes providing support and safety during outpatient treatment.
