The Meadows Outpatient Center provides an 8-week intensive outpatient program (IOP) for individuals struggling with addiction, trauma, mental health, and co-occurring disorders. The program combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), group therapy, neurofeedback, somatic experiencing, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), 12-Step principles, and a wellness component, creating a comprehensive approach to treatment. Patients participate in 15 to 20 hours of programming each week, with both day and evening options to accommodate different schedules. Clinical staff are trained in Post-Induction Therapy (PIT) and have had intensive experiential training to provide trauma-informed treatment. Additionally, The Meadows offers a virtual IOP format for those who prefer to receive services from the comfort of their own home. Joint Commission accredited and accepting most major insurance plans, The Meadows works to empower individuals to face difficult issues, confront grief and loss, heal from emotional trauma, and become accountable for their own recovery.
