At Start2Stop, we recognise that although it is possible for someone to stay sober in a private hospital setting, relapse is likely to occur once they return home. We understand that building a life in recovery is a difficult and challenging task, and this is why we have pioneered continuing care in London, offering a range of stepped-down care services such as residential secondary, tertiary and intensive outpatient evening programmes and daycare. Our approach is to provide support and scaffolding to our clients as they reintegrate into the world, rather than trying to micro-manage them or keep them isolated.

We are conveniently located in South Kensington in the heart of London, providing our clients with easy access to all the amenities and activities that London has to offer. Since 2010, we have been dedicated to helping our clients build successful and sustainable lives in recovery.
