Clouds House

Founded in 1983, Clouds House is a beautiful country home in the village of East Knoyle that provides treatment for drug and alcohol addictions, as well as co-occurring mental health disorders. Based on the 12-Step Program and equipped with modern, up-to-date research, the facility provides group therapy, individual therapy, 24 hour medical care, relapse prevention, on-site detox, and addiction-and-psychiatric assessments. In addition, Clouds House offers after care services every week, either at their facility or in central London. Clouds House is registered with the Care Quality Commission and can accommodate up to 38 guests at a time, providing gender-specific accommodations. The facility also offers group therapy, relaxation and mindfulness sessions, yoga, and freshly prepared meals to suit all clients’ dietary requirements. Most importantly, Clouds House believes that community is vital to recovery and encourages their clients to participate in community events and outings. They accept private paid clients, those with private insurance, and sometimes those who are recipients of state funding.
