Turning Point Centers Holladay

At Turning Point Centers Holladay, clients have access to both non-12-Step sober living and outpatient therapies. In their physician-directed care program, clients will receive three individual therapy sessions and many hours of group therapy each week. Evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) are used to promote individualized, holistic healing. Holistic therapies such as ropes course therapy, dry sauna therapy, morning meditative walks, and daily exercise at the gym are available, as well as life skills training, art therapy, shame resilience, experiential education, and meditation and mindfulness. The facility also has two outpatient programs with a local gym membership, yoga, and dry sauna therapy. Turning Point Centers Holladay has been recognized by Conquer Addiction as a 2020 excellence in treatment winner.
