Brighton Recovery in Sandy, Utah is a premier addiction treatment facility committed to helping those struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health issues. Our comprehensive approach provides clients with an individualized treatment plan crafted to their unique needs. Upon arriving, we offer a social detox center for those in need of medical supervision during withdrawal. Clients can then continue onto our residential treatment, Day Treatment (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Outpatient Program (OP), or sober living facility. Our seasoned and certified clinical team are dedicated to staying with clients throughout their treatment journey, offering them the stability and trust needed for long-term recovery.

Our home is located on 7 beautiful acres in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah and filled with private and semi-private rooms. We provide nutritious and delicious meals prepared by an in-house chef and keep our clients active and healthy with a large fitness gym.

Brighton Recovery is accredited by the Joint Commission and we happily accept most private insurance. Our goal is to create a supportive environment and offer meaningful therapeutic experiences including talk therapies, one-on-one counseling, family counseling, recreational therapy, meditation, mindfulness, yoga, and breath work.
