With its ideal location just 55 minutes from Salt Lake City, Embark provides a therapeutic, compassionate, and safe atmosphere to help families and their daughters overcome the behavioral health issues that are interfering with their daily lives. Embark customizes treatment plans to meet the individual needs of each client and family. The program offers treatment for mental health conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, suicidality, PTSD, and more.
Clients who enter the residential treatment program will participate in a variety of activities, such as art therapy, local excursions, volleyball, yoga, rock climbing, adventure activities, and more. These activities are all designed to foster emotional healing. The center also utilizes approaches such as 1-on-1 therapy, family therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), trauma-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.
