Situated on 400 acres of tranquil farmland, Williamsville Wellness, a residential treatment center devoted to treating substance use disorder and gambling addiction, has been a beacon of success since its opening in 2007. The key to their success lies in their individualized attention, providing 15 one-on-one sessions per week utilizing traditional talk therapy, trauma-informed approaches, schema therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. Furthermore, Williamsville strives to provide a well-rounded program by including holistic therapies such as gym time with a personal trainer, massage therapy, art therapy, yoga, and hypnotherapy. Alongside residential therapy, Williamsville also offers an online Day Treatment (PHP) for substance abuse, consisting of 5 treatment days, Monday through Friday, and a 3-hour group session from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. each day plus an individual session. Williamsville also tailors an after care plan to each individual client to foster continued treatment and support, such as transitioning into outpatient support and psychiatric or medical follow-ups.
The Cabaniss Lane house, located in Richmond, Virginia, is one of 4 renovated homes in Williamsville’s residential program. With a capacity of 16 residents, the charming estate and picturesque surroundings make this facility truly unique. Furthermore, the in-house chefs prepare gourmet meals and there are various recreational outings and off-site events for clients to enjoy. Combining a 1:1 client to therapist ratio with a comfortable, supportive environment, Williamsville Wellness is dedicated to aiding clients in their journey of recovery and overall well-being.
