Twin Branch

Twin Branch Wellness & Recovery is a women-only residential treatment program located in Virginia’s historic Northern Neck. The facility provides 24/7 medical and support care, along with individualized treatment plans and continuing care plans. The program offers a women-specific curriculum, based on evidence-based practices and medically assisted treatment (MAT). These therapies are meant to help women overcome addiction and chemical dependencies. In addition to mental health services, the program encourages physical activities (both indoors and outdoors) as an integral part of the overall treatment plan. Upon completion of the program, participants receive a discharged care plan with a variety of resources to help them sustain a life path of sobriety and wellness. With 30 acres of peaceful land, Twin Branch Wellness & Recovery provides a safe and tranquil environment for up to 24 adult women.
