Safe Harbor Recovery Center’s approach to treatment uses evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, and relapse prevention. Their residential and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs provide comprehensive addiction treatment services such as individual counseling, medical management appointments, yoga sessions, mindfulness education, and nutrition guidance. They also have a Veteran-specific program that implements trauma-informed care and offers services like equine therapy and neurofeedback. For aftercare, they have established an alumni group that meets one Sunday per month and hosts annual reunions.
