About Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Boren

Pathlight Mood and Anxiety Center, located in downtown Seattle, Washington, provides a broad spectrum of care for patients suffering from mood and anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Their services are designed to meet the needs of adults, adolescents (ages 10-17), and children, with intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs available virtually. Clients can take part in evidence-based therapies such as 1-on-1 therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), family therapy, and art therapy. For added convenience, Pathlight offers a travel concierge service to assist with travel arrangements, dining, and shopping before and during treatment. They accept a variety of public and private insurances, and are accredited by The Joint Commission.
