Dual-Diagnosis Wise Path is a dual-diagnosis treatment center that specializes in treating adults with substance abuse issues and co-occurring mental health disorders using a holistic approach and evidence-based methods. Their assessment process is used to identify any potential co-occurring disorders that may be related to the addiction. The staff at Wise Path is knowledgeable in treating mental health issues such as bipolar, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and PTSD. They offer a range of therapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing. Patients can also get access to psychiatric medication care and management, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), peer support, skill development, individual, group, and family therapy, and addiction and relapse-prevention education. At the end of the residential program, Wise Path provides a continuum of care that includes referrals to doctors and therapists, housing and financial resources, access to support groups, advocacy organizations, and sober living communities. Mindfulness, meditation, and art therapies are also available at the Wise Path Recovery Center.
