Dual-Diagnosis Wise Path is an outpatient treatment facility that helps adults struggling with substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health disorders. They use a holistic approach and evidence-based treatment methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing to create customized treatment plans. Their intensive outpatient program (IOP) offers 3 hours of treatment per day, 5 days a week and also provides medication management, substance monitoring, family therapy, peer support, skill development, therapy, and addiction education. For those transitioning to a less intensive level of care, case management services are available to connect them to self-help groups, occupational therapy, and career counseling.
