Meriter NewStart

Meriter NewStart offers comprehensive treatment programs that combine evidence-based and holistic approaches to addiction recovery. Their intensive outpatient program (IOP) provides five days of three-hour group sessions per week, focusing on addiction education, 12-Step treatment approaches, life skill training, healthy coping mechanisms, and relapse prevention. Once individuals are ready to step down to a lower level of care, they transition to an outpatient program with individualized and 1-on-1 care from physicians, certified counselors, and addiction treatment specialists. This program also includes medication-assisted treatment, medication management for any co-occurring or mental health disorders, outside therapy facilitation, and other resources to connect patients to their recovery communities. Meriter NewStart’s experienced and professional staff provide ongoing care and support throughout the recovery process.
