Transformations Treatment Center

Transformations Treatment Center is a dual-diagnosis treatment center located in Delray Beach, Florida that offers outpatient services, 15-bed sober living accommodations, and specialized treatment programs to address the unique needs of individuals. Transformations utilizes evidence-based therapies such as traditional talk therapy, eye movement therapy (EMDR), 12-step philosophy, art therapy, adventure therapy, yoga, and more to help clients dive deeper into the root cause of their addiction and process any co-occurring mental health conditions or process addictions. Their personalized treatment plans are tailored to the individual and specialty programs are available for first responders, veterans, LGBTQ+, adults under and over 30, faith-based Christians, and Kosher recovery for the Jewish community. The 3-phased program starts with 24 sessions, 3 times per week and gradually reduces to 8 sessions, once per week. At the end of phase 3, clients have reached the 6 month milestone of sobriety and can attend aftercare once per week for a year. Transformations Treatment Center is accredited by the Joint Commission and accepts most private insurance. A comfortable and welcoming environment is provided to clients with its close proximity to white sand beaches and various amenities like private rooms, an on-site pool, a full-size gym, and beautiful outdoor spaces.
