Bridge to Recovery provides specialized, gender-specific outpatient treatment for adults struggling with substance abuse, eating disorders, sex addiction, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Their intensive outpatient program (IOP) allows patients to maintain daily responsibilities while still committing to a focused program of recovery. The program is based on the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous and requires clients to attend 12-Step meetings. The IOP includes weekly individual therapy, 3 days of group sessions for 3 hours each day, evidenced-based therapy, and art therapy. There is also a weekly Friends and Family Night for loved ones to learn more about addiction and how they can better support their struggling loved ones. Bridge to Recovery is Joint Commission accredited and accepts many forms of private insurance.
